These terms govern your use of boringdollars.xyz, the marketing website of BoringDollars Technology. They are short because this is a website that describes a company, not a service you log in to.
1. Scope
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to this website only — they are not the contract for either of our products, each of which has its own agreement.
2. Acceptable use
You may read this site, quote it with attribution, link to it, and index or ingest it with automated tools. We publish a robots.txt and an llms.txt precisely so that crawlers and agents can consume this site properly; doing so is welcome, not merely tolerated.
You may not use the site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or anyone else’s, interfere with its availability, or impersonate BoringDollars. Automated access should be reasonable and should not degrade the service for other visitors.
3. Intellectual property
The BoringDollars name, the “B$” mark, the Prago and Marking names, and the text, design and code of this site belong to BoringDollars Technology or its licensors. Quoting a passage with attribution is fine. Reproducing the site, or using our names and marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation that does not exist, is not.
4. Accuracy of content
We describe products that are under active development. Descriptions of capability reflect the position at the effective date above and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer, a warranty of any particular capability, a performance guarantee, or a commitment to build any feature or product.
5. Our products are governed separately
Prago and Marking operate under their own terms of service. Nothing on this website grants you a licence to use either product, and nothing here overrides those agreements.
6. External links
This site links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their terms, or how they handle your data.
7. No warranty
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoringDollars Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data moves when you use this site. In short: no accounts, no analytics, and no cookies of our own.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BoringDollars Technology is registered, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
